TCA PEEL

A TCA peel is a solution of trichloroacetic acid (TCA)that is applied to remove the outer layer of skin. This allows new, healthier skin to emerge. TCA chemical peels are commonly used to treat sun damage, facial wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and pigment abnormalities.

Who is a good candidate for a TCA peel?

We offer several TCA 15% 18% 20% TCA Peels applied in different strengths will also dictate the price of each peel. TCA is a non-toxic chemical which has been used to perform some of the most effective skin peels for over 20 years. … The stronger TCA the deeper effect of the top layers of cells to dry up and peel off over a period of several days to a couple weeks. For a less aggressive peel we recommend The Jessner Peel is generally considered a medium level peel containing 14% of each acid (Salicylic, Lactic, and Resorcinol.) The depth of this peel is determined by the number of layers applied during application and the tolerance level of the skin it is applied to. Cost $175

For People suffering from melasma or discoloration of the skin we recommend the Mela Peel to help with complexion correction. This peel also has a two step after care product to enhance results. We recommend this peel in a series of 3 the cost is $250 for 1 or  $500 for 3

Make sure you come to your consultation prepared to discuss your medical history. This will include information about any medical conditions, drug allergies, medical treatments you have received, previous surgeries, and medications that you currently take. Be sure to tell us if you have ever had X-ray treatments of your facial skin such as those used in the treatment of acne or if you have had a prior chemical peeling procedure. Current or past use of Accutane, as well as Retin-A and other topical skin preparations, must be reported. For your safety, it is important that you provide complete information.
